These Frozen Yogurt Fruit Cups are a healthy, kid-friendly snack you can make in minutes! The perfect treat, they’re low in sugar, high in protein, and totally gluten-free. Prepare them in advance for grab-n-go breakfasts or easy snacks!
Line a 6-cup muffin tin with silicone liners.
In a small bowl, stir together the almond flour, coconut sugar, and coconut oil.
Spoon a small amount into the bottom of each lined cup, and smooth into an even layer.
In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Spoon 2 Tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin cup, covering the crust.
Top with fresh fruit or toppings of choice. Freeze for 2 hours!
