Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a baking dish, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, vanilla extract, lemon zest, granulated sugar, and cornstarch.

In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, oats, and kosher salt.
