Turmeric Rice

This turmeric rice recipe, also known as yellow rice or golden rice, is a vibrant side dish full of savory flavor! Serve it with curry, veggies, and your favorite protein sources for an easy weeknight meal.

INSTRUCTIONS

Clean rice and place in rice cooker. Pour in coconut milk and broth. Sprinkle salt, turmeric, and garlic powder over rice. Add bay leaves, and drizzle olive oil.

COOK

Cover and cook under "white rice" or "cook". Let rice cooker do it's job. When done, remove bay leaves, fluff rice and mix flavors evenly.

ARRANGE

Serve the delicious turmeric rice with coconut milk or as. abase for curry or stir-fry. Enjoy!
