Peel both, then use a sharp knife to chop them into small pieces.

Combine the ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, black peppercorns, cayenne pepper (if using), water, and pineapple juice (if using). Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth.
