sweet potatoes olive oil smoked paprika ground cumin sea salt and black pepper cayenne pepper can chickpeas  Za’atar seasoning Figs extra virgin olive oil lemon juice tahini garlic gloves parsley feta

Coat the sweet potatoes with the blend of olive oil, and seasonings. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast until the edges are crispy but still tender in the center.

Prepare

Blend the dressing ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Mix the chickpeas with za’atar seasoning and the dressing.

Make Dressing

Once the sweet potatoes are roasted, combine them with figs and drizzle everything with the creamy feta tahini dressing
