Fill the cavity with parsley, thyme, onion, and garlic, then tie the legs together and tuck in the wing tips.
Place the turkey in the oven and roast until it reaches an internal temperature of 165F. Periodically baste the turkey while it’s roasting to keep it juicy and form a crispy skin.
Remove the turkey from the oven and place it on a cutting board. Create an aluminum foil tent over the turkey and allow it to rest. Then, slice and serve.
