MAIN INGREDIENTS

Garlic Yogurt Sauce: plain full-fat yogurt sour cream garlic fresh squeezed lime juice sea salt Butter Sauce: unsalted butter sweet paprika sumac coriander garlic minced Aleppo pepper or Chili pepper flakes sea salt

Cook pasta according to instructions. Meanwhile, cook ground beef. Once it has browned, stir in the onion and sauté until tender. Add the tomato paste, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Prepare

Combine yogurt, sour cream, garlic, lime juice, and salt in a bowl. Stir until smooth, then chill until ready to use.

Make Yogurt Sauce

Working slowly, add the flour mixture to the bowl of wet ingredients, and beat on a low speed until the ingredients are just combined.

Make Butter Sauce

Spread the pasta on a platter. Add the beef mixture on top, then pour the yogurt sauce on top. Pour the spiced butter sauce evenly over the dish. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
