How to Make Mediterranean Chicken Marinades

Can I Store Leftovers?

Refrigerate the cooked, marinated chicken in an airtight container for up to 3 days. The prepared marinades can also be stored in the refrigerator for about 3 days before using them.

You can freeze the cooked chicken for up to 2 months — just thaw it in the fridge overnight. The prepared marinades can be frozen for up to 3 months.

  1. The honey harissa says 2 chicken breasts while the others say 2 pounds of chicken breast. Is this correct or a typo? Canโ€™t wait to try all of them!

    1. I cannot wait to try all of these marinades!!! Is it possible to prepare all four in advance (marinades with chicken), then store them in the freezer (in zip-top bags) BEFORE cooking them? Would be such a time saver on busy nights!
