Baked Salmon with Za'atar and Avocado Salsa

- 4 salmon fillets without skin
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons zaatar
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Egyptian avocado salsa
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets.

Sprinkle the za'atar evenly over each fillet.

Season with cracked black pepper and salt to taste.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Once the salmon is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Spoon the Egyptian avocado salsa over each salmon fillet.
