- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hummus to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Pine nuts for garnish
Ground Beef:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onions, and sauté until translucent.

Add minced garlic and ground beef. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.

Stir in ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute to toast the spices. Remove from heat.

To Serve:
Spread the hummus over a serving platter, and sprinkle fresh parsley and pine nuts on top. Spoon the cooked ground beef mixture over the garnished hummus. Garnish with more fresh parsley and pine nuts.
