Ingredients

For the Base:

  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened or room temp
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet 1 oz taco seasoning mix

For the Toppings:

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro optional
  • 1/2 cup cilantro optional

Serving:

  • Tortilla chips or veggies like bell pepper slices and celery sticks

Instructions

Prepare the Base:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning mix.
    1 package, 1 cup sour cream, 1 packet
  • Mix until smooth and well combined.

Assemble the Dip:

  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto a serving platter or shallow dish.

Add the Toppings:

  • Layer the shredded lettuce evenly over the base.

  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.

  • Add diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.
