- Make the Dressing. Pour all of the dressing ingredients into a small bowl and stir.

Freezer – While you likely can freeze this dish we don’t recommend it. Most of the ingredients will not retain their original texture once thawed.

oh my gosh! I made this for a family function and it was SO good! I used cannelloni beans instead of garbanzo beans and didn’t have za-atar or sumac so I upped the lemon juice and oregano in the recipe. Definitely a keeper!
