- Layer the ingredients. Layer the turkey slices over the cheese, leaving a border around the edges. Then, sprinkle the carrots on top followed by the spinach and seasoning.
- Roll the pinwheels. Starting from one edge, roll each tortilla tightly, creating a log.
- Slice. Use a toothpick to secure the tortillas. Then, slice the tortillas into thick pinwheels.
