Asian  Cucumber Salad

English cucumber seasoned rice wine vinegar toasted sesame oil chopped cilantro chopped basil chopped mint green onion grated garlic freshly grated ginger black sesame seeds Crushed red pepper

KEY INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers and place in a large bowl.

CHOP

Chop the cucumber and green onions and toss in the bowl.

TOSS

Toss with cilantro, basil, mint, garlic, ginger, and black sesame seeds.

SERVE
