Preheat the oven to 400 ° Fahrenheit. Grease a mini muffin tin, and set it aside. In a small bowl, mix the butter, cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.

SPREAD

Roll the puff pastry onto itself to create a roll. Slice the dough into 12 pieces, and brush the egg wash on top..

BAKE

Place each piece in the prepared muffin tin, and bake for 18-20 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.

DRIZZLE

Drizzle honey or simple syrup on top, and serve immediately.
