Sprinkle seasoning on top of chicken. Add the yogurt, tomato paste, lemon juice and olive oil. Rub everything together so that the pieces of chicken are thoroughly coated.
Put the chicken on skewers. Prepare a deep baking dish by lining it with aluminum foil. You will want to make sure that the width of the dish is shorter than the length of the skewers.
Place the ends of the skewers on the rim of a deep baking dish. You want to make sure that the chicken is not touching the bottom.
Bake in the oven at 425°F covered for 25 minutes. Remove foil and cook for an additional 25-30 minutes. Use a sharp knife to shave slices off the chicken and serve!
