Blend the feta, yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add water as needed until it becomes creamy.
Place the olive oil, maple syrup, smoked paprika, herbes de Provence, garlic powder, cumin, sea salt, and crushed red pepper flakes into a small bowl and combine. Pour half the mixture over carrots.
Add the chickpeas to a separate bowl and toss them with the rest of the dressing.
Roast carrots in oven. Halfway through cooking, move the carrots over on the baking sheet, and add the chickpeas. Continue to roast until the carrots have softened and the chickpeas are browned and crispy.
Transfer the whipped feta onto a serving bowl, spreading it out with a spoon. Place the roasted carrots and chickpeas on top of the feta.
