Add the steak, potatoes, oil, salt, pepper, and paprika to a large bowl and combine until the beef and potatoes are coated. Then cook in air fryer, tossing halfway through.

Add butter to a pan and melt it before adding the garlic to saute. Then sprinkle in the parsley. Transfer steak and potatoes to the pan and heat briefly, coating everything.
