Place the fresh strawberries in a blender and blend until you have a smooth puree.

Add the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and whisk together until completely combined.

Combine

Sprinkle the chia seeds into the almond milk mixture, stirring them in until they’re fully incorporated. Using a rubber spatula, fold the strawberry puree into the chia mixture.

Mix

Divide the chia and strawberry mixture evenly into serving cups or jars. Add a generous dollop of yogurt on top of each serving for a creamy finish. Cover your cups and pop them in the fridge!
