Prepare

Slice each pita in half before spooning the meat mixture into the pockets. After filling each pocket, arrange them on a baking sheet.

Combine

Using a pastry brush, apply olive oil to the top of each pita pocket before baking in the oven. Once the bread is browned and the meat is cooked through, remove from the oven.
