These parmesan potatoes are hands-down the perfect side dish for nearly any meal. Buttery, soft, and crusted with golden parmesan cheese they are an elegant addition to any meal.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add melted butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley into butter. Spread thinly in the baking dish.
Score potatoes about 1/4-inch-deep in a diamond pattern (crosshatch). Add potatoes cut-side of each potato in the pan.
Bake until the potatoes are tender and the Parmesan creates a golden crust on the bottom of the potatoes, about 20-25 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before using a spatula to release potatoes from pan.
