Baking Powder | Baking Soda
Cornstarch | Butter
Granulated Sugar | Egg
Brown Sugar | Vanilla Extract
Mini Marshmallows
Dark Chocolate Chunks
Graham Cracker Crumbs
Combine the dry ingredients with the butter mixture. Mix in the marshmallows (reserve a handful), chocolate chunks, and graham cracker crumbs until combined.
Chill the dough and roll into balls. Bake on a parchment lined cookie sheet at 350° F for 12-14 minutes. Press marshmallows into cookies while warm. Allow cookies to cool before serving.
