For the coffee layer, add the ingredients to a bowl, and whisk to combine. Cover, and place in the fridge for 2 hours or until thick.

REFRIGERATE

For the vanilla layer, add the ingredients to a separate large bowl. Whisk to combine. Cover, and place in the fridge for 2 hours or until thick.

Divide the coffee layer into two jars. Spoon ½ the vanilla layer into each jar on top of the coffee layer. Top with yogurt and cocoa powder, if desired. Enjoy!
